The Adelaide Convention
Centre was Australia’s first purpose built Convention Centre that has
averaged twelve and half events per week since opening in 1987. It
recently undertook a major expansion with a 7000m² pillars floor space
extension, linked to the old building with expansive atriums with
uninterruptable garden and river views from the pre-function areas. The
A$99 million extension now increases floor space to a generous 10,450m²
for exhibition and banquet functions capable to hold up to 6800 guests.
Due to the flexible nature of the Centre, mobile dimming systems were
required and LSC’s e24 Dimming Systems were chosen. Equipment was
supplied by Osmond Electronics, the LSC distributor in Adelaide. LSC Equipment list... |
