The Dutch Party-band DIEP TRIEST celebrated their 10 year jubilee with a concert in the large Martini Plaza stadium in Groningen, the Netherlands. This concert was combined with a DVD-recording Session.

Since the show production-building time was just one day, there was no possibility to programme lights on location. That's why lighting engineer Roberta Ronda of Ronda Sound decided to pre-programme the complete show by using the Martin 3-D Showdesigner software. There was a 3-D drawing of the place available, so all dimensions were available to Roberto to produce a tailor-made show.

Roberto states his experience on the maXim as follows:  "After working for more than two years on the maXim I can say that I find it a complete and very reliable console. The table has originally been bought by the band Diep Triest, as an alternative for the Avolites Pearl 2000. The console is worth every last penny!"

The software is very stable, and gives a lot of creative-programming freedom on this type of setups. Even when patched up to its neck, the console remains rapidly, in spite of the "heavy" setup. I got used to the PatPad module quite fast and there's no way I ever want to do without it!"
